Our services, including simulator reservations, events, and practice facilities, are provided on a fair usage basis to ensure equal opportunity for all members to enjoy our facilities.
- Members are expected to use their allocated time responsibly and refrain from excessive or monopolizing usage.
- All bookings must be made in advance through our reservation system.
- Reservations may be subject to limitations to ensure fair distribution of simulator time among all members.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- Members may book simulator time according to their membership tier allocation.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the reservation) or no-shows may result in penalties, including temporary suspension of booking privileges.
- Members should respect their scheduled time and promptly vacate the simulator when their session ends.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a high-quality experience for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorized transfer or sharing of membership privileges.
- Reserving multiple consecutive sessions beyond allotted limits.
- Causing deliberate damage to equipment or facilities.

Enforcement and Consequences

- Warnings for first-time or minor infractions.
- Temporary suspension of booking privileges for repeated violations.
